Design

Our thoughts on the use of Flash
In terms of our preferred technologies, for webpages: We discourage our clients from the use of Flash unless absolutely necessary for the intended look and feel. Flash is currently unsupported on nearly all mobile devices, causes issues on 64-bit compatible browsers and is the cause of numerous issues ranging from page indexability to basic user accessibility.
Modern browsers are able to achieve the same capabilities as flash through optimized javascript and the HTML5 standard, both of which are supported on all platforms and all modern browsers.
